This tutorial shows you how to upgrade your subscription.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, check the following:

• You have a Cryptohopper account
• You have an Explorer or Adventurer subscription
• Upgrading is not possible on trading bot subscriptions purchased in Cryptohopper's iOS or Android apps.

Upgrade your subscription

1. Log in to your Cryptohopper account. You can also skip the first 3 steps and go straight to Subscriptions and Account Balance - Cryptohopper.
2. Click on the most right icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click “Subscriptions”.
4. Click on “Overview”.
5. Click on “Active”.
6. Click on the subscription you want to upgrade.
7. Select the payment method you want to use.
8. Click “Complete your order”.
9. Pay the subscription with the payment method you choose.

Extra information

Depending on your plan, upgrade, and timing you may encounter a discount. The discount is based on the subscription you’re upgrading from and the unused subscription time. For example, the Adventurer subscription is $69 for 1 month. Which is $ 2,30 per day. You want to upgrade to the Hero subscription. The Hero is $129 for 1 month. Which is $4.30 per day. You upgrade after 5 days. The difference between what you would have paid from the beginning is $4.30 minus $2,30 = $2 * 5 days = $10. This amount will be deducted. So $129 (the costs of the Hero subscription) minus $10 minus $69 (the costs you paid for the Adventurer subscription) = $50. Important: your subscription expiration date will not move.
